Physical Description

When this folder was received, its corner was coated in an unidentified fuzzy material, which seemed to have been adhered to the folder by mistake. Attempting to remove this material caused some damage to the folder's exterior. Our scan of this folder was digitally repaired using scans of similar folders within this collection.
