Historical Note
Based on videos that have been shared online, American Technos was attached to another unreleased Popeye game for the Sega Genesis, simply titled Popeye the Sailor. This version was developed by a company called Enimga Interactive. The relationship between the two Popeye games is unclear; they appear very similar, although Popeye in High Seas High-Jinks is much further along in development.
