Abstract Carolyn Rauch was long-time organizer of the Electronic Entertainment Expo. As senior vice president of the Interactive Digital Software Association (later the Entertainment Software Association), Rauch oversaw the organization's trade show programs, including E3. When the ESA restructured E3 as a smaller-scale business summit in 2007, Rauch joined IDG World Expo to run a public-facing spinoff event, E for All. Abstract

The Entertainment Software Association (originally known as the Interactive Digital Software Association) publishes annual reports detailing the economics of the North American game industry and the impact of video games. These reports were distributed among the ESA's membership and, in many cases, were given out at the ESA's Electronic Entertainment Expo. Carolyn Rauch, a long-time organizer of E3 and the former senior vice president of the ESA, kept a collection of these reports.
