Abstract
Computer Game Forum (originally advertised as Computer Game Quarterly) was a seasonal spinoff of Computer Gaming World that ran for only two issues. The content of the magazine was largely similar to the content in Computer Gaming World, with more columns focusing on rumors and community banter, as well as syndicated content from Chris Crawford's Journal of Computer Game Design. The spinoff folded after two issues due to a lack of support from advertisers, and its content was rolled into the flagship magazine starting with issue Number 44 (February 1988).
