This collection includes digitized copies of paperwork, audio and video cassettes, disks, and game data from Michael Shorrock's work for Sega Channel from 1993–1997. Shorrock's papers primarily deal with programming research and user studies for Sega Channel, as well as samples of promotional and sales materials.

The Video Game History Foundation currently does not provide access to game data and system ROMs through our library. Data from these items in this collection has been donated to Gaming Alexandria.

Historical Note

In 1997, Sega Channel began refreshing their service's content every two weeks. Internally, new system data was labeled alphabetically, which each letter representing a two-week block. "97E" corresponds to fifth programming block of the year, dated March 14–27, 1997.
