This sub-collection currently includes seven Xbox promotional brochures, plus an additional copy of Xbox Live Power Up that includes a promotional letter for Xbox Live.

This promotional video was distributed around the launch of the Xbox Live service. Although the commercial was distributed with Xbox games in 2002, according to the donor, this VHS tape was meant to be displayed in video game stores. It would have been mailed to retailers in a kit along with a light-up Xbox Live sign.

The library holds a complete physical collection of the main run of Official Xbox Magazine, along with an assortment of special issues.

This first issue of Xbox Live Gamer also comes with a promotional sign and demo disc for Xbox Live Arcade.

The library holds two copies of this brochure. The second copy includes a promotional letter for Xbox Live and a copy of the Xbox Live Arcade game disc, both of which were scanned and included in the library's digital copy. The contents of the Xbox Live Arcade disc have not been digitized.

Xbox Nation (abbreviated XBN) was a magazine by Ziff Davis, Inc. that covered the original Xbox console. The magazine had an irregular release pattern, publishing seasonally, then bimonthly, before settling into a monthly publishing schedule. It ran for three years, ending in February 2005.

The library has two copies of this issue, one of which has a monochrome cover jacket. The context for this edition of the premiere issue of Xbox Nation is unclear.
