Based on the logo included at the start of this collection, the Marvel 2099 line seems to have originally been titled Flash Forward.

Mindscape prospective licensor reference material and correspondence, 1995–1996
Mindscape considered developing video games based on a variety of licensed intellectual properties. This collection of papers includes reference materials and correspondence related to an assortment of different IP-based projects. Some of these were solicited by Mindscape, while others were sent to Mindscape prospectively by the IP holders.

This disc consists of three commercial music tracks, which were not uploaded to our digital library. A text file titled "[redacted music tracks]" was added in their place to describe the music that was removed. The tracks, listed on the cover of the CD, were:

- Stuck in America – Sugarcult
