The library has a complete physical collection of the main run of GameFan. Due to publication difficulties, only five issues of Volume 6 were actually produced, although they retain issue numbering based on the month they were published. Volume 7, Issue 2 was also not produced.



The collection also includes several special issues of GameFan; the only print issue of the unofficial GameFan spin-off magazine GameGO!; and issues of the relaunched GameFan from 2010.

GameGO! was a short-lived gaming magazine focusing on niche and import game coverage. The magazine was launched by online game retailer Thomas Keller and former GameFan magazine staff after the magazine's dissolution. Two issues of GameGO! were produced, although the second issue was only available in digital format.

Abstract Hardcore Gamer was a magazine by DoubleJump Publishing, founded by alumni of GameFan magazine, that covered current and retro games.
