Abstract

Sega Channel staff received artwork mailed to them by users, usually depicting Sega games and characters. Sometimes, this art would be digitized and distributed through the next Sega Channel system update. This collection, kept by Michael Shorrock, contains artwork of the original Sega Channel characters like Psychocat and King Iguana.

This collection includes digitized copies of paperwork, audio and video cassettes, disks, and game data from Michael Shorrock's work for Sega Channel from 1993–1997. Shorrock's papers primarily deal with programming research and user studies for Sega Channel, as well as samples of promotional and sales materials.
