Abstract

Dimension-3 was a monthly magazine by Dimension Publishing that focused on high-end computer gaming experiences, with an emphasis on emerging technologies such as multimedia, CD-ROMs, and 3D graphics. During its short run, the magazine exclusively covered games for home computers and the 3DO platform; they did not cover the PlayStation platform, which was instead covered by their sibling magazine Dimension PS-X.

Dimension-3 had dedicated columns for sports games, war games, and educational games, and was one of the few gaming publications with dedicated coverage for Macintosh computers.

The magazine ran through 1995 and was discontinued after seven issues.
