Abstract
Morph's Outpost on the Digital Frontier (usually shortened to Morph's Outpost) was a monthly newspaper covering developments in the multimedia and interactive entertainment business. Edited by Doug Millison, the newspaper focused on the technical and business side of the multimedia industry, with reviews and updates on professional tools rather than consumer products. Morph's Outpost encouraged reader feedback via the internet, describing itself as a "collaborative activity" rather than a traditional newsletter.
According to a Facebook page run by Doug Millison, Morph's Outpost was published from August 1993 until August 1995.
Custodial History
The majority of the library's collection of Morph's Outpost was donated by the family of Rita Zimmerer as part of the Rita Zimmerer papers. These periodicals were separated from the Rita Zimmerer papers upon accession.
