Abstract

Nathalie Lawhead is an independent game designer known for titles such as bluesuburbia, Tetrageddon Games, and Everything is going to be OK. Lawhead collected zines and ephemera from independent game events they attended, such as the A MAZE. festival in Berlin.

Appraisal

Non-electronic gaming materials, such as rulebooks for role-playing games, are included in this collection as a representation of the events and communities Lawhead was part of. Under other circumstances, VGHF does not collect these types of materials.

Separated Materials

Items that fit into other collections, such as Game Workers Unite zines and issues of E3 Show Daily, were separated into their respective collections with credit to Nathalie Lawhead as the donor. Duplicate copies of these materials were debound for scanning or deaccessioned.
