Abstract
Video Power was a video game-themed television show that ran from 1990–1992. Although Video Power started out as a show about video game strategies, it was retooled as a game show for its second season. Chris Johnert, who was a contestant on episode 72 (according to paperwork from the show's producers), held onto the paperwork he was given during his participation on the show.
Custodial History
All materials were originally mailed to Chris Johnert by Video Power staff. Digital copies of these materials were donated by Johnert to the Video Game History Foundation. Johnert retains the original items.
Material Conditions
Items were scanned by the donor and had personal information redacted in advance. Most documents are in good shape except for the envelopes the ephemera was contained in, which are torn and yellowed. The video was digitized from VHS by the donor and contains some damage at the start of the recording.
