This super-sized special E3 1999 edition of Video Game Buyers Guide was distributed inside some copies of E3 Show Daily 1999. In addition to being over twice as long as other issues of Video Game Buyers Guide, this issue comes with a special cover wrapper with sales pitch for retailers at E3 1999.

This issue is undated; it is unclear if a version of this issue was ever distributed to the public.

The library's shelf copy of this issue of Video Game Buyers Guide has noticeable staining from th glue used to hold it inside E3 Show Daily. Best attempts were made to remove as much adhesive as possible without damaging the magazine.
