Appraisal

This item would have been received by Mark Flitman during his time working on the unpublished Marvel 2099 game for Mindscape. It is unclear if he received this because he was working on a project with Marvel or because of his personal connections with the company. Regardless, the report includes a detailed paragraph about Marvel's interactive software strategy.
