Micki Cunningham collection

 Unprocessed Material
Identifier: 2022-06

Content Description

An assorted collection of artwork from the career of graphic designer Micki Cunningham. The collection includes flat game boxes, promotional flyers, ad slicks, traced artwork for black-and-white publication, promotional standees, posi film transparencies, assorted branded promotional items, and a limited number of paintings used in game boxes and promotion. Not all items in this collection were designed by Cunningham; for example, the collection includes the original box art painting for Pitfall! for the Intellivision, which Cunningham obtained while working at Activision but was not directly involved with. In addition, Cunningham's collection includes a Commodore 64 used by the artist to play games for her work, as well as the Macintosh computer and accompanying software that Cunningham used to design her art.
