Abstract NewMedia was a magazine that covered emerging multimedia technologies in the 1990s. Each issue covered a range of multimedia development tools, consumer-facing content such as games and hardware, and articles about industry trends. The magazine was discontinued in 1999 at the tail end of the multimedia era. The magazine is notable for hosting the Invision Awards, which were given to multimedia titles. The library's digitized copy of this issue is missing a page (p.61-62), which was torn out by the magazine's previous owner. This page appears to have had an advertisement for the Multimedia World conference.
