NewType Gaming
NewType Gaming was a magazine for the hardcore gaming audience. Although NewType Gaming covered a variety of topics of interest to hardcore gamers, such as import games and anime, the cover stories were often about competitive games and arcade games, particularly recent fighting games. The magazine was published bimonthly on an irregular schedule for nearly two years.
NewType Gaming may have been inspired by Newtype, an unrelated Japanese media magazine.
NVISION
NVISION was the official magazine of graphics card manufacturer NVIDIA. The magazine focused on computer games but more broadly covered 3D graphics technology in games, film, and other media. Only seven issues of NVISION were produced.
