Abstract
Electronic Games (later known as Fusion, Intelligent Gamer's Fusion, and Intelligent Gamer) was the second run of Electronic Games, a video game magazine which originally ran from 1981–1985. The staff for the second run of Electronic Games initially included many of the editors from the original magazine, such as Arnie Katz, Bill Kunkel, and Joyce Worley.
The magazine went through a number of rebrandings during its four-year run. It was briefly rebranded as the interactive entertainment magazine Fusion in 1995 before being acquired by Ziff Davis in early 1996. Under Ziff Davis, the magazine was renamed Intelligent Gamer's Fusion, then simply Intelligent Gamer, and was discontinued after its January 1997 issue.
The varying forms of the magazine's title are:
- Electronic Games (October 1992 — July 1995)
- Fusion (August 1995 – February 1996)
- Intelligent Gamer's Fusion (March 1996 – May 1996)
