Abstract
Sega Challenge (originally titled Challenge) was the official fan newsletter for Sega of America. The newsletter was distributed to members of Team Sega, a customer loyalty club operated by Sega of America, similar to Nintendo of America's Nintendo Fun Club. After Tonka Toys picked up the North American distribution for the Sega Genesis in late 1988, the magazine was retitled Sega: The Team Sega Newsletter.
The newsletter went on hiatus at the end of 1989 and was replaced by the magazine Sega Visions in 1990.
