Video Game Time was a one-off video game magazine published and edited by Torrence Davis, a writer from California. The magazine mostly copies the layout and style of Electronic Gaming Monthly but is noticeably an amateur product.
It is unclear how this magazine was distributed; the cover indicates that this issue was given away for free. It may have only been sent to retailers or advertisers as a solicitation for interest in future issues. However, no other issues are known to have been produced.
After this issue was published, Davis continued Video Game Time as a web publication, Video Game Time Online.
