Abstract
Video Swapper was a magazine for home video collectors. The magazine covered new developments with home video technology and new videocassette releases, as well as limited coverage of video games in a section titled "Video Fun & Games." The magazine also had a classifieds section where readers could trade video tapes.
A significant portion of each issue of Video Swapper was dedicated to adult videos, to such an extent that this content was spun off into its own magazine, Adult Video Swapper, in July 1983.
Physical Description
Many issues of Video Swapper were printed on newsprint, which has browned and become brittle with age. Due to the fragility of these items, all issues of Video Swapper have been stored in protective sleeves.
