Abstract

Arcade: The Electronic Entertainment Magazine (later known as Electronic Entertainment) was an early magazine that broadly covered the electronic game business, including arcades, consoles, and home computers. The magazine contained extensive news coverage in the style of a trade magazine, as well as previews and reviews of upcoming games and coverage of related media, like computer books.

The magazine appears to have started in 1982 and ran for an unknown number of issues. It was rebranded Electronic Entertainment in September 1983 to reflect the broader scope of the publication.
