This is an incomplete collection of Minecraft World.

Most issues of Minecraft World were bundled with bonus inserts and items, such as posters, stickers, and guides. These items have been stored in their original bags, labeled by issue number, and stored separate from the magazine collection (see collection record "UK children's magazines bundled items").

Abstract

Minecraft World (formally Minecraft World Magazine) wa an unofficial British magazine for kids about the Minecraft franchise. The magazine covered updates to the game, as well as strategies, build ideas, and user-generated content. Many issues of Minecraft World were sold in a polybag that included supplemental inserts, like guides, posters, sticker sheets, and small toys.

The original publisher of Minecraft World, Dennis Publishing, was acquired by Future plc in August 2021, around Issue 90.

Minecraft World appears have ended in late 2023 with issue 113, published on December 28, 2023.

Separated Materials

Inserts and other bundled items have been separated from the magazines and are available upon request (see collection record "UK children's magazines bundled items").

Physical Description

Several early issues of Minecraft World donated to the library (Issues 16, 20, 22, and 24) were marked or damaged by their previous owner and may be replaced if possible.
