Abstract

Polygon was a short-lived magazine targeted to an adult audience, billing itself as "Intelligent Gaming." In addition to game reviews and previews, Polygon also featured extended articles profiling developers and studios, as well as coverage of related media such as anime.

The cover of Polygon advertises the magazine as a successor to Silicon, a free magazine distributed at game stores that was also published by Ryan Smith. Apart from their sharing Smith as their publisher, it is unclear how these two magazines are related.
