Steel Harbinger level breakdown and development progress, est. 1996
Scope and Contents
These documents include summaries of every level in Steel Harbinger, along with tracking for the state of their development and art assets. The handwritten notes on these printouts imply that the levels were still being redesigned at this point in the game's development.

Historical Note
The levels designs in these documents seem to slightly precede the maps in "Steel Harbinger map designs, est. 1996." In particular, the Los Angeles level appears to have been revised, with changes to environmental objects (such as the addition of manta rays) written into the designs after they were printed. One page includes a rough handdrawn map for a revision to the Los Angeles level (p.14), which appears to have been refined and polished in the later map designs.
