This is an ongoing collection of Forgotten Worlds, currently omissing the initial Issue #0 preview zine and Issue #3. Each issue comes with an inserted letter from the editor and other paper inserts, which are included under the front cover as they were originally distributed.

The initial runs of most issues are limited to 200 copies (with the exception of the preview issue, Issue 0, which is limited to 100).
