Copies of this catalog were printed in Computer Game Review and CD-ROM Entertainment, Volume 3, Issue 2, Number 26 (September 1993). It may also have been distributed as an insert with an issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly (possibly Issue 49, August 1993?), though we could not confirm this.

The catalog also appears to have been mailed out directly to Electronics Boutique customers, rather than being an exclusive to magazines. Notice the space on the back cover for an address label.
