Historical Note

Based on the publishing date, this issue would have been distributed at E3 1998, an event where preview issues of magazines were typically published. The library's shelf copy of this issue has the same promotional wrapper as the E3 1998 promotional issue of Next Generation magazine, also published by Imagine Media, further corroborates that this was distributed at E3.
