New York magazines with NES advertisements, Volume 18, Numbers 43 and 46, November 1985
New York magazine ran one of the earliest print advertisements for the Nintendo Entertainment System, which debuted in New York as a test market. The ad ran twice in November 1985, first on November 4 (Volume 18, Number 43, p.8–9) and again on November 25 (Volume 18, Number 46, p.12–13).

Nintendo 64 B-roll, Electronic Entertainment Expo, 1996–1997
Nintendo distributed this B-roll footage to the media for the 1996 and 1997 Electronic Entertainment Expos. Although Anthony Parisi attended both events, Parisi does not recall exactly how or why he received this footage.

This is a lower-quality copy of Nintendo's B-roll from E3 1996, which appears to have been duplicated from the VHS tape in this collection (see "Nintendo 64 B-roll, Electronic Entertainment Expo 1996 [VHS]"). Due to its lower quality, this video was not uploaded to our digital archive, but the library still holds the original tape.

This press kit was distributed by Nintendo of America at the 1985 Winter Consumer Electronics Show to promote their new home console, known at the time as the Nintendo Advanced Video System. This version of the console included a data recorder and keyboard, which are depicted in this press kit, along with photos of early key staff at Nintendo of America.
